Inside HOP Munitions’ Top-of-the-Line Manufacturing Process
House of Payne Munitions has an unwavering commitment to quality and precision.
Every round of ammunition is meticulously crafted by our team of skilled veterans, whose expertise and dedication ensure that each product meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Through strategic partnerships and recent acquisitions, we’ve strengthened our capabilities and expanded our reach.
Step by Step
1
Start off with clean, new brass and primers are loaded into the alpha machine hopper. Once the primers have been installed into the brass, it’s time to move onto the projectiles.
2
The projectiles are then loaded into the hopper and on the other side the primed brass is also loaded in.
3
The rounds are then pressed with the correct amount of powder and are then ready for testing!
4
In the testing facility, chronographs are turned on to test velocity, ft/lbs, and energy.
5
Once approved in the testing facility, the rounds make their way to the quality control table where they are checked to meet the HOP Munitions’ standard.
6
They are then boxed up and ready to go out in an order. Packages are picked up every single day so all orders can go out the same day!
