HOPmunitions ships exclusively through UPS By purchasing items from HOPmunitions, you acknowledge that HOPmunitions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please refer to your tracking number to get details of where your shipment is. If your package shows it was successfully delivered, and you did not receive it, please contact us and we will get you taken care of.

Return/Refund Policy

All ammo sales are final.

APPAREL:

HOPmunitions does accept returns of apparel and will process a refund ONLY if the product is still packaged and in new condition. If the packaging has

been opened, HOPmunitions will exchange the item for another item of equal value AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS STILL IN LIKE NEW CONDITION. In both cases, the customer is responsible to pay return shipping.

Age Restrictions Federal law (18 USC 922(b)(1), 27 CFR 478. 99(b)) requires that you must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 years or older to purchase rifle ammunition.

State Shipping Restrictions:

Alaska – No ammunition shipments
California – Must ship to Licensed Ammunition Vendor or FFL
Connecticut – State-issued ID and Certificate/Permit is required
Hawaii – No ammunition shipments
Illinois – FOID card and State issued ID is required
Massachusetts – Firearms ID is required
New Jersey – Firearms ID is required
New York – Must ship to Certified Seller of Ammunition or FFL
Washington D.C.- No ammunition shipments
