Russ Lyons

Russ Lyons is a Staff Instructor for the Modern Samurai Project, bringing with him a remarkable 25-year career at the Cleveland Division of Police. During his tenure, he served as a S.W.A.T. Operator, Sniper, and Firearms Trainer. He is also a member of the Ohio Tactical Officers Association (O.T.O.A.) Red Team Cadre, where he specializes in Red Dot Sight (RDS) instruction, Advanced S.W.A.T. training, and Advanced Team Training.
